A little research would have taken you to any of a dozen great to funky restaurants, including the world-famous Rendezvous, where you could have eaten some genuine BBQ ribs, Memphis Style. In fact, if you leave Memphis without eating BBQ, that's a little like going to Paris and not seeing the Eiffel Tower. Not to mention that Beale Street and environs rocks every night.
